First screens for Theme Park DS

EA has issued out the first screenshots for the upcoming Theme Park DS. A port of the PC game, there are few details still on the features this port will have. So, we're still in the dark on the game's features, but at least we now have some screens of the game to gawk at. We've included a hand full of them into the post, after the break.

Man I hope they get Theme Hospital on the DS as well, that would be sweeter than over sweetened fairground candy floss.

I'm not too happy to see that the "Blonde Man" in the screenshot has $39,941 remaining to spend in the park.....

I really hope they update the graphics...
It doesn't have to be 3D (and even if these are prelim screenshots, it's unlikely things would go 3D), but please give it a makeover.

Graphics < Gameplay, but they still count for something.

Wow, I have never played Theme Park before because I simply didn't know how it was. But looking at these screenshots, I am getting interested.

Theme Park was one of my favorite PC games growing up. It's really incredible. There have been console ports of it before that failed, but I think it would work excellent on the DS with the stylus.

Rollercoaster Tycoon is better, but Theme Park is a DAMN fine simulation game too and it is a lot of fun. I can't wait to see how this one turns out. Now I just need to find where to import games from the UK so I can get it as soon as it comes out over there :)

Am I the only one that's disturbed by the Slide screenshot? Apparently, the slide can only "eat" one person at a time but still "guarantees pleasure." What sort of sim is this? o_O

I've never played Theme Park on the PC. But, if it's anything like Rollercoaster Tycoon, I'll be sure to pick this one up in the spring.
