Over at the Infinite Interactive forums, the developer behind the title is taking time to answer questions about the title. The game is to be available during the Summer of this year, so that gives us all plenty of time to poke and prod the fine folks holding the reigns on this magnificent beast. Even before the questioning started, we are told that
Warlords DS will have the same design philosophy as
Warlords 2, as well as similar gameplay and graphics.
A lot of the questions are rather in-depth and the fine folks at Glyphic Entertainment, as well as Stephen Fawkner, do a good job at answering. Check the thread out.

That's not Warlords. Warlords is a 4-player competitive Breakout game for the 2600.

er...no offense to them but that game looks VERY dated. if they can give it a clean look, replace those disgusting textures and maybe even switch to 3d, and put cooler art in the background i might consider buying this one day.

I've been waiting and waiting for a portable version of Warlords II Deluxe, and HERE IT IS!
Any of you younger guys who haven't played it might not be stoked, but I was a huge fan of the game back when it was first released. It can't come soon enough!

Oh, by the way. . . When is that DS version of Star Control II/The Ur-Quan Masters going to happen? I know I'm not the only one to think of it, and all the guys on the UQM site are very snotty when anyone suggests it, but seriously, it would be an AWESOME DS game.
