Those wacky folks at GameStop just love to
spill the beans ... though frankly, we're not sure if it's calculated and purposeful, or just calculated
sloppiness. This time, it's a list of currently scheduled U.S. DS games hitting the shelves through the end of the year. Some things which should be surprising aren't, thanks to older leaks, but there's definitely plenty to be excited about. We may have to revisit the discussion on what
we're all waiting for.
You can hit the jump for the full list, but here's a tantalizing taste:
- Brothers in Arms DS - 06/19
- Jam Sessions - 07/17
- Prey the Stars - 08/14
- Assassin's Creed - 09/25
- The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass - 10/01
- Harvest Moon DS 2 - 11/01
We probably don't have to remind you that these dates are subject to change.

Just when you think it's in reach, the hourglass rotates and you have to wait all over again.

Jam Sessions sounds great, but I'd much rather a translated version of Daigasso Band Brothers.

Daigasso Band Brothers is one of my favorite DS games, especially after the GBA expansion pak with more songs. They should translate it, but I'd be worried about a crappier song selection. I'd buy it just to be able to use the song-creator in English though. 8 player action off of 1 cart, with songs that YOU wrote. NOW YOU'RE PLAYING WITH POWER.

I work at a GameStop in Alaska, all that is is the reserve book list for the DS.. Go to any GameStop and ask to see the reserve book and you'll see those pages for every system. Its no secret list, just the placeholder dates for releases and official dates for releases......
