Releasing on the 26th of next month in Japan,
Taiko no Tatsujin DS (
Taiko Drum Master) finally reveals its box art. Of course, if we weren't so interested in music-based games, we probably wouldn't have
already known about the dual-stylus gameplay (the extra stylus is included in the package). We're dying to import this game ourselves, to tell the truth, but what about you? Any readers plan on having this shipped over from the land of the rising
fun?

If there is no plan to localize it, heck ya! I have Taiko for the PS2, and I'd be very interested in a portable version for my DS.
However, I hope the control scheme registers hits more accurately than the drum controller for the PS2. It's so annoying when you're totally on your way to a "PERFECT COMBO!!" {in best whiny, anime kid voice} and you strike the center of the drum, or the side, and the hit doesn't register. If I were not a more self controlled person, that game would be responsible for multiple replacement taiko controllers and televisions.

I don't drink "LITE" beer and I don't play "LITE" consoles. DSPhat is still phat, even though the word "phat" isn't as phat anymore.

Already have mine preordered over at Play Asia. Though I love this series, I've even imported the two PSP ones. The two stylus gameplay excites me though.
