We spent this last weekend rocking out at Bonnaroo down in the drought-ravaged state of Tennessee, and look who had a prime spot right between What stage and Which stage! Yep, it's our own overalled mascot. With his mushroom habit and hairy neck, Mario fit in nicely with a good portion of the crowd. Maybe he was responsible for the orange confetti that rained down during the Flaming Lips show on Saturday night. With the insane heat, there was sure to be a fire flower around there somewhere.

Drought-ravaged is right. My home state is about to dry up. Bonnaroo's always a big hit. Lots of revenue for Manchester, too. Go Mario! woot!

That was the only game-related graffiti that I saw, though I didn't peruse the entire wall. Still, I was pretty surprised to see Mario amidst the Mr. Ts and Borats and random tags. As for the state of his leg, I'm thinking maybe the sun ate it. Mr. Sunshine was not kind to anything over the weekend, but it didn't matter -- a good time WAS had by all, especially me!
Hirsbrunner: we got excited on Friday because it sprinkled for exactly 12 seconds, but it turned out to be just a tease. Here's hoping you get some rain soon over there. The dust was horrendous.

wildweasel, They must have stopped because they used the wrong side of their template. That notch in his hat is suppose to be by his hand. The spray for his body also goes over his other hand.
