DS Daily: Caught 'em all?

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl have been out for just over two months, and we suspect that there are still plenty of you out there playing. Either you've picked your copy up after the release date (which we always do) or you're just still working on catching and training those little buggers. Pokemon is a fairly deep game despite its apparent childishness, so it can take a long time to finish (or to decide to stop playing.)

So who's still playing regularly? We ask because we're slowly building up our team in anticipation of a glorious future Game Night in which we can compete in a non-awful fashion. We emphasize slowly-- it turns out that work often takes time away from leisure activities. Outrageous, we know.

9. Seriously why did they decided to put the Dialga/Palkia thing in right before it is time to go to Vicotry Road, I am so wanting to decorate my capsules, now. Regardless, I have been playing nonstop over the weekend and week in an attempt to finally beat the game, and to transfer more Pokemon to the Battle Revolution.

10. Still playing through the main game (trying to beat 5th Gym leader). So will probably be playing for a long time - as I only pay during my lunch hour at work.

13. My game screws up and the screen flashes horribly whenever I get to the snow roads, so I've pretty much stopped playing it for the time being. Oh well.

14. About 6 of my friends and i bought it the day it came out. We all slowly stopped playing it. I don't think anyone has touched it for over a month... and I'm pretty sure 2 people sold it back for store credit. It makes me sad. I would really like to start playing it again...someday....

15. Still going strong, trying to fill up the dex. I trade rarer ones with my godson so he can play his friends and beat them, which I find pretty amusing.

I beat the game in the first week or two because D/P are just a bit too easy. I beat the Elite 4 on my first try, and I didn't even do any leveling up except for playing the main story. The only thing keeping me going is that this is the first time I've ever played around with breeding in the pokemon games.

If you're looking for a challenge, FR/LG had the hardest elite 4 ever, and once you beat them once they all increased in level by 20, and even changed out some of their fighters. D/P are so much less tough, and was less fun for me :(

But I'm sure that I will start playing it again in a few months, for a few months.
How long till the next game?
