1. Volume slider sucks - difficult/impossible to make minor changes in volume.
2. The Start/Select buttons on the DS Lite are annoying to me...I really hate that damn clicking sound.
3. Discoloration: it might just be my own fault, but I have some (ugly) discolored shoulder buttons.
4. DS Games with mediocre 3D Graphics: Unless you are ready to sacrifice a screen in order to display decent in-game graphics I would prefer 2D.
I hate the above things about the DS, but understand that I consider it my favorite system at the moment - despite all the flaws.

I wish it had better graphics and some multimedia capability. Not that I want it to be a PSP but it would be a much better system.

The fact that there's a yellowish tint on the touch screen (I don't think all DS' have this though) and how you have to restart the thing every time you wanna go to the menu.
