DS Daily: What's your least favorite Zelda title?

Since earlier this week, we've been arguing about the best of all possible Zeldas, but it's time to discuss the worst. From the votes (or lack thereof), we might guess that Four Swords Adventures might take the prize, but we guess that the real answer may be more complex than that. So tell us -- which game captivated you the least? Did you finish it, or put it aside? What didn't appeal to you -- and why do your favorites appeal more?

to me twilight princesess was the worst becuse it was such a flop. this game was just attempting to accomplish what ocarina of time did. therefore its just a clone

To me it was Four Swords, because the idiotic system where one has to use a gameboy advanced with that cable-thingy in order to play it with your friends. Why not just make it so it works with ordinary gamecube controllers? A little different design on the game would solve everything, or do splitscreen. Sheesh..

Ditto.

A Link to the Past is probably my most favorite. A combination of awesome gameplay and nostalgia put it at the top of my list.

Majora's Mask was tedious and boring. Different, but still tedious and boring. It's the only one I never finished.

I actually really love Zelda II, and always will. It also has an incredible theme tune. The one I found most disappointing was OoT. Sorry, fanboys. The move to 3D didn't excite me. It bored me. The graphics were dull, and it took forever to do ANYTHING. So I quit it.

It's gotta be Majora's Mask (not saying that MM was bad...). Whereas Ocarina took Zelda and made it fresh and lively again, MM took Ocarina and just redid it.

So, jeah, it was good...it was just rehashed.

I like the tunes in Zelda 2 a lot as well. Rockin' ol' school synth and adventure music! Never really played MM too much so far so that is one too then.

Assuming that the CDi games don't count here...

Four Swords Adventures. They took Four Swords, a decent multilayer game, and made it bad and boring somehow. I don't know specifically why I didn't enjoy it, but I didn't enjoy it one bit.

Zelda II: Adventures of Link was also a disappointment.

Four Swords for the GBA.

I absolutely loved Four Swords Adventures, though. I just didn't like the GBA version because you couldn't solo, and it was almost impossible with two people playing. @_@

Minish Cap is the beginning of the the Zelda series and one of my favorite games. Twilight Princess is the worst.Maybe because I just played Okami I was not feeling it.Okami to me is a great Zelda tribute game.Zelda II is a great game , too bad people cannot see beyond the graphics.

I personally can't play anything other than the handheld ones now. I enjoyed OoT when I first played it, but I've got this thing about games and books. Unless theres higher difficulties or something else to gain from replaying, I just don't replay them. I enjoy the handheld ones, mainly because they are portable. I've only ever finished OoT, MM, WW and MC. Thats it. And I've never replayed any of them. I feel stupid for it too.

Much like with Metroid games, my least favorite is the original. It just seems very... spartan, compared to everything that followed it

(of course, i'm not taking CDi into consideration at all)

my favorite is either OoT or the Windwaker
