FFIV for me too. Is the art Yoshitaka Amano's? I know that the logo is his, but what about the entire boxart?

Rune Factory 2, because the people on the cover of Final Fantasy IV remind me of a 80's hair metal band.

I have to say I like the box art more on Rune Factory over FF. But if it is game wise it would be the other way around. The first Rune Factory was good but not as good as FF. So game wise the win goes to FF and for Box art RF.
Both will be good good games though.

The Rune Factory box looks too 'pastel coloured' to me.

I hope the FFIV remake doesn't have a lousy looking logo on the box's spine like three does. It just looks so pitiful on my shelf, like someone made it at Kinko's.

Both look really really good, but after watching the old FF Retrospective on FFIV last night, I'll have to go with that one. When's the release date on FFIVDS? Is there any US date yet?

I like the FFIV box better, however, they should have put something a bit more recognizable at the top than the Big Whale.
... That IS the Big Whale, isn't it? It's the only thing I can think of it might be.

FFIV -- I'd know Kain & Rydia anywhere. Seriously, a chick with green hair wearing all green is more likely to catch my eye than an overly pastel set of kids with a squirrel and a dragon.
I'm not a big fan of Rune Factory I's boxart either, though. Good game, though.
*salivates over FFIV some more*
