When it comes to the DS, you've got options. You can go traditional, you can move up to a Lite, and you can choose from a variety of colors. You can even import if your region doesn't feature the shade you prefer. But would you buy another regular DS or bundle? Would it depend on price? What about the rumored redesigned DS, sans GBA slot? If it came with that also-rumored download service, we'd be all over it, but the GBA slot is near and dear to our hearts. There might be tears.

I have a DS Phat that I got the day they came out. It's been great but was never too keen on playing Advance games on it. So I've been dying to get a Micro for some time. I couldn't ever substantiate it because I had the DS that could play the games. Such is why I never bought a Lite. If there's a new DS coming out, I'd like to scoop that and a Micro up. Just what would they call it...
DS Swivel or Slide if it has fancy new moves...

I would keep my Black and Red DS Lite and buy the new one coming out with the rumored downloadable service.

I've seriously thought about picking up another one. I just got mine, but my wife really likes playing some of the games - particularly some GBA titles. If there is a non-GBA slot equipped unit in the near future, I'd snag one of those for myself and pass the DS lite to my wife.

I've been considering buying a second DS since the first day I bought mine, just so that I could play DS download games with my cheap friends who won't buy their own. I don't know about that new DS though, unless it includes new features that make game play better like rumble, double battery life, and possibly an accelerometer, I don't think I'd bother, it's not worth it just for a download service when I still have an SP for all those GB/C games.

I gots an onyx from the U.S and an Ice Blue from Japan.
Having two comes in handy when your red battery light comes on.

I already have two, so no. Unless the download service is amazing, then I'd trade in my black DS Lite and keep the nWo Wolfpac tribute model.

I play all my GBA games on my micro. However, I also like browsing the web and getting force feedback on games that support it on my DS Lite... so what good is a DS without a GBA slot??

I'd only buy another DS if they released one that played Gameboy and Gameboy Color games along with Gameboy Advance games.

I had two, but I gave my old Phat to my mom (she loves Picross) and kept the Lite one. I don't plan on getting another but, as @11, I'd think again if it played Gameboy and Gameboy Color games. I missed the Oracle Zeldas. :(

I have already bought the phat, the White DSL, the Onxy DSL and now the red and black DSL (no brainer for a UGA fan).. I am considering the Zelda SE but will likely pass for now.
If they do any type of redesign I will pick it up immediately no quetions asked. I don't care if it is two DSLites duct-taped together..
The DSLite is by far one of the best gadgets out there.. It is super cheap, the games are fun from brain puzzles to Mario and the battery lasts forever on a charge. I am never bored as I always have my DSL on me. I don't need it to be an iPod as I have an iPhone. I don't need it to play movies as I have an iPhone, etc, etc. The DSLite gets its MAIN goal right. Super portable games that are just plain fun.

Now that Mario Party's out, I'm seriously considering getting another. I've got a Black and my daughter a Pink. That gold Zelda one would complement them nicely....

I had a launch phat, and I just recently bought a Onyx lite because my screen was giving my erratic input. Those DS lite touch screens are much more well built that the old DS ones...

I already have two...an onyx for me and a white for my wife. This allows for plenty of multiplayer goodness at in bed at night when we should be doing other things... :(

I have a launch day DS still in tip top condition (errr, minus all the outside scuffs and such from being used so much) and I just got a crimson and black DS Lite last week because I really liked the look - plus I'm planning on checking out the homebrew scene which it is easier to get into if you have a light.
Now if they redesigned it to be lighter and small again I'd probably say no. I have the tiniest hands and think the ds phat is way better for games that you use the trigger buttons (mario kart!) so I think an even smaller one would just increase that problem.
