Readers' Choice: The best of the rest

Yesterday, we focused on some of the bigger games of 2007, as chosen by you. Today, however, we thought we'd look at the other games, the titles one or two people mentioned, somewhat wistfully, when we asked for your choices for the best and brightest. These games may not have gotten as much attention as titles like Phantom Hourglass, but that doesn't mean there aren't some real gems in the mix. From the quirky humor in Chocobo Tales to the portable and addictive destruction of Geometry Wars: Galaxies, these games all deserve another moment in the sun. The real question is: which are your favorites? Vote early, vote often!

I squinted at this list for about two minutes making sure I didn't sound like an ass for bitching that CUSTOM ROBO ARENA is not on this list. BOO HOO! That's what I would have voted for. I guess Geometry: Wars Galaxies will have to do. Sigh...

No no nooo!! Hotel dusk is losing...to Phoenix! Everyone knows about Phoenix by now, yet hardly anyone heard of Hotel Dusk! Ah well, I still love HD and hope to see plenty more of these Visual Novels come out, it just keeps me playing till the battery runs dry.

Okay, I just want to note that I love you guys for including Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales on the list, whether it wins or not.

Though really, can you honestly say Phoenix Wright isn't hyped? Every DS player I've ever talked to online rants and raves about the Phoenix Wright games like they're the holy grail of DS games. Sad thing is, I still haven't played them lol.

I imported Chibi Robo here to the UK and i have got to say i absolutely love this game its so different to anything and i recommend it to everyone whether young or old like me !
I agree Phoenix Wright shouldn't really be in this as it gets plenty of hype ( im not saying that it isnt fantastic , as it is ) .
I think i will give that Chocobo Tales a go as i am finally getting into the whole FF thing and am currently loving FFIII, it became interesting once i'd clocked about 3 hours now i cant put it down.

Worms 2 was a great fun game...
But Hotel Dusk is just one-of-a-kind. Even if you're not a fan of point-and-click games, it's worth trying out.

I was actually playing Pheonix Wright 3 when my DS broke. A sad sad day for me. It'll be hard to pick it back up since I was right in the middle of a case.
