Since the DS is portable (ain't life grand?), there's probably a game or two you just can't do without. You know, the ones that go with you everywhere. The games that are perfect for that few minutes when you can sneak away and relax into a favorite experience. What is it for you?

NSMB and Clubhouse Games for me, mainly because a lot of people have them and they have a bunch of games to play against people.

I'm still waiting for a game that can be fired up anytime and turned aside at the next, like on a bus/subway trip. I'm hoping that N+ will fullfill that wish.

Oh! Geometry Wars Galaxies is that game for me. My short subway ride is time a-plenty for shapeshooting.

Planet Puzzle League! Everything else is strictly optional.
Also, when I was still playing it, Animal Crossing: Wild World was always on hand whenever my DS was.

Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings for me right now. As I work my way through it, it's rarely off, just slept mid-battle.

Puzzle Quest. I got it the day it came out, but I'm still working my way through the main quest many months later, because I'll play a puzzle or two here and there. It's probably the longest I've ever dragged out a game without putting it down for a length of time.

I have to say your graphic of geometry wars pretty much said what I was going to say. I've almost got a gold medal in all the levels. Plus, my name is Gurtz on there (for some reason) and I got the Number one High Score in a planet on there: 2,000,000,000 plus. I played the same level for over 16 hours (don't worry it was at work, I would never do that in real life lol).

Well, I don't go anywhere without ALL of my games (I've had to find new and creative compact storage for them all), simply because I'm weird like that. However...
I would die if Tetris wasn't with me at all times.
