I have two:
Meteos - I like the overall gameplay, but it speeds up so much that you can't really do anything else except scribble frantically.
Metroid Prime Hunters - Not vicerally satisfying enough for me, period.

Sim City. Ugh. So bad. I kept trying to play it, but it was just a flat Sim City 3000 with fewer options. It made me wonder what I ever saw in the series.
I think they just plain made the game too easy -- too much income, and too easy to win.

Drawn to Life: The concept of drawing your own art into the game was very appealing to me, as a creative person, but the gameplay just didn't hold my interest enough.

Trace Memory and Hotel Dusk. I STILL want to like Dusk. Got stuck on Trace Memory, and there seems no way around it. Dusk is not written well enought to be a novel, and isn't actiony enough to keep my interest. THey're both pretty, tho.

Metroid Prime Hunter is an AWESOME game! Honest! I happen to have one that I'm willing to part with cheap, but only because my sister needs medicine. Otherwise I would want to keep it with me always and be buried with it when I die. (eyeroll) My hands cramp up just thinking about that game.
And Contact. Contact was recommended to me by a Game Crazy manager that I've known for several years. At first I thought it was interesting, but that feeling didn't last. It progressed to annoying quickly. Now when he recommends games I just smile, nod, say "Possibly, but..." and get what I came in for.

Izunda: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja. It felt like a rip-off of NetHack with most of the cool features removed. It did make me want to go play NetHack something fierce though (which I have on my DS).
Advance Wars, both Dual Strike and Days of Ruin. I played the hell out of the first two for the GBA, even going so far as to play through again on the harder difficulty level. The gameplay simply hasn't changed enough since then to retain my interest. All they seem to do is add a new unit every so often.
Pokemon Pearl. I just absolutely couldn't get into it. It felt like every Pokemon game before. Come on, I've done the same thing with three generations of Pokemon games already. Now it just feels stale.
Mario 64 DS. I never even played the original, but this port chugs so badly I couldn't get into it.
Rune Factory. Just couldn't get into this one at all. People consider this a game? It felt like a chore.

Let's see here...
I liked Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for a while...but in time, I grew tired of the teedious exploration and, of course, the frequent returns to the Ocean King Temple.
Drawn to Life...now this is a game I was very excited for, and that is of course simply because of the originality it bore. The idea of drawing your own characters, weapons, platforms, etc. sounded somewhat intriguing at first. And it was. But the problem with the game was that, although the drawing element was indeed fun, every other element which makes up a good game was lacking or non-existant. All the levels generally felt the same, and in that sense, were all equally boring as hell. And to top it off, even the drawing editor was, at best, mediocre, which is certainly not good enough when the game revolves around it. It was quite disappointed with the entire experience.
