Keys Factory is preparing a classy new set of DS Lite cases for this April, labeling the luxury line Chocolat. Why Chocolat? Maybe someone at the Japanese accessory manufacturer's office is a big fan of the Johnny Depp film? Really, who isn't?
Despite their simple, stylish design, the pouches aren't really noteworthy by themselves, but that's why Keys Factory also plans to offer matching wallets for your DS carts! Though these "MiniChocolat" compacts only hold four games, they also come with a screen wipe and an inside pocket. As with the system cases, the slim folders will be available in three colors -- raspberry, milk, and bitter. Why bitter? Well, it's a cruel world.
Preorders for the DS Lite cases are available at Play Asia for $19.90, while the cart wallets, which you can check out after the post break, are priced at $12.90. If that sounds like too much to pay for either kind of Chocolats, just remember that you're paying theatre prices.

1. The stitching makes them look like bars of chocolate squares.
2. Bitter is another word (I believe European slang) for semi-sweet or dark chocolate.
They look really nice, but not completely practical. Though, I could see myself sliding the pouch and wallet in my purse. Assuming my purse was large enough and assuming they made a bigger wallet. :/

Those are pretty cute DS cases, but the cartridge cases don't appear hold nearly enough games. If they could hold 24, I'd totally get one!

*vomits* 20 BUCKS? For a fruity case! No thanks! I get cases that are small, but can actually survive a decent fall or something! Those look like they could get torn to shreds in your backpack!!!

Also, more mature DS cases are always a plus. I just wish they were sold in the states -.-;

Those actually look really good- I see some of my friends, who are into pricey stuff, buying those.
I keep thinking though that including the shipping, its probably too much for a case.
Look real nice though.

I think they look slick and of the target group (ladies) who can refuse anything chocolate or chocolat! Definately makes hard core grrl gamers look more femme...Dare I say they are "Femme"tastic?
As for the gamer on the go...who needs a wallet for more than 4 games? I only need the game that's in my DS and perhaps a back up. Adding more storage would steal away from the slick design.
