"Yep, that copy of Lady in Red: The Very Best of Chris de Burgh is ... um ... yeah, that'll be my aunt's. You know, she really needs to pick this up. What, that autograph on the front? Weird story: She is also called Chris."
But what about games? Are there any entries in your DS collection that would make other people titter, or are you an extremely fussy, selective shopper? Incidentally, anybody who confesses to owning a DS game with a "z" at the end gets a cookie for honesty.

Feel the Magic XX/XY? It was a gift though... My GC collection has far more embarrassing titles however (Ribbit King, XG3, Black and Bruised, etc.).
Bad games can be just as entertaining as bad movies.

Despite beiing a relative noob to the gaming world (my first system was a Gamecube that I got just over a year ago), one thing I've done is do a pretty good job of acquiring quality titles.
The one title I love that other people seem to really take offense to is Goldeneye: Rogue Agent for Gamecube. Just what I love in a campaign FPS. In fact, I want to get it for the DS... (scurries off to ebay)...

People take offense to it because they tried using the Goldeneye name to sell a product. If you didn't start gaming until the GameCube, then you missed out on Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64, it's one of the most legendary games of all time. They made up some lame excuse why the game had the name (Oh, the agent has a golden eye.) and thought they could sell it on the name alone.

When Super Princess Peach first came out I really wanted it. The day it was released I made my Fiance go in and buy it for me, because I had already seen the game case, and was a tad embarrassed to even purchase the game. Its such a fun game, but not something the average 20 something college gamer has.

Probably Nintendogs. More embarassingly, I called all over town to specifically get the Daschund version, and nobody had any damn idea what I was talking about except at Best Buy.

Imagine: Babyz!
Okay that was a joke.
I'm not ashamed of what I like. I suppose that Animal Crossing, Pokemon, and Nintendogs are the DS games I should be ashamed of, but I'm not afraid to tell people I like the games.
It's kind of funny because a few years ago when my friend admitted to me that he got Animal Crossing on Gamecube it was almost like he was confessing that he was gay.

I'd say "Babyz" just for the cookie, but I'd be lying.
I suppose some people might scoff at Super Princess Peach, but it's actually pretty good once you get past the easy levels in the first half of the game. Reminds me a lot of some of the WarioLand games in that it's like a good 2D Mario, but with a few of the game mechanics changed-up.

The only slightly embarrassing title in my collection is Drawn to Life. I love the drawing elements, but the platforming is terrible! Bad game. >_<
I also own Pokemon Diamond, and am unashamed. That's a legitimately good game!
Do games I am ashamed to suck at count? ._.

Anyone who's bought a game ending in z needs to have thier ds smashed over their face, because your the reason they're going to have to resort to making Petz Antz and Petz Plankton after using every other member of the animal kingdom.

I played a roommates cooking mama, thought it was fun so I picked up the second when it came out. It's probably a better game, but they filled it with pink and flowers and hearts and...yeah, a little embarrassing to play.

Man, I've been racking my brain but I can't think of any games I'm embarrassed about owning. I want Super Princess Peach but have yet to buy it. I'm actually more embarrassed by all the awesome games I bought that are still sitting in their shrinkwrap.
As far as movies go... She's All That.

Catz.
I want my cookie.
Now.
And no, it's not a joke.
I wanted to have a cute Nintendogs lookalike with kitties, and Nintendo refuses to even give it a try, 'though they made four different Nintendogs.
And yes, unfortunately it's a bad game...
(But I won't "smash my DS over my face", no matter how bad it was. :-P )
