That is nowhere near the only item of note, however. Aside from the boxart, Siliconera managed to confirm that multiplayer functionality will be making its way into the DS game (along with the other confirmed extras). The only feature known as of right now is the ability to go 1-on-1 over wireless and the odds of Wi-Fi implementation making its way into the title are slim at best. Sad, but hey, at least there's some multiplayer.

Ugh. Epic failure. I hope I'm not the only sale they lose from this and they get it through their heads. I don't know -anyone- with a DS. Wi-Fi would have been the only way to get me to buy this damn game -three times- now. Hopefully they change their minds.

I'll agree with you there. Me and my friend have been lurking around on this game for a while. I went out and bought a new DS just for this considering I broke my old one. I was going to buy a PSP and the Disgaea game but he stopped me.

Epic-ok. I can live with this and people with gamer friends will have no problem finding competition.

I don't think this will be bad either. As much as we all love Disgaea.. not everyone was exposed to it. With the DS.. more people can touch it.. and with online mode, it could be good. It won't have the cool graphics on the PSP version... But we already heard the constant WHINING when they said it'll be on the PS3 for technical superiority.

Geez, everyone says that it would be on DS - there're even boxarts - but no, NIS says it's PS2. Oops. Just great.
