Let's face it -- the DS isn't loved for its aural qualities. Still, there are some games that really outdo themselves in terms of music. A few that immediately come to us as examples are the Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban) games and Professor Layton. Yet, everyone has different musical tastes, so we wanted to see if you thought any DS games had soundtracks worth noting. If so, list them here!

Sonic Rush is hands-down my favorite DS soundtrack.
I also really like the one for It's a Wonderful World/The World Ends With You, which I bought some time ago from Play-Asia. Can't wait to play the game itself :D

Both Castlevanias and Tetris DS are my two favorites. I like a few tracks on Mario Kart DS as well.
A set of decent headphones goes a long way with the DS. Koss's Porta Pro and Sennheiser's PX100 are my two favorites for my DS/PSP as they're collapsible.

Ace Attorney all the way (my ringtone was the Cornered! music from the first one for about 2 years), and Sonic Rush, but how can it suck since it is the guy who made the Jet Set Radio soundtrack?

As lousy as the actual game proved to be, Lunar: Dragon Song's soundtrack was the one thing it got right.

I like FFIII for good music on the DS, but I also have to admit that Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga has great music as well, even though it is right out of the movies.

Um....what about Animal Crossing? Am I the only one who thinks K.K.'s jams rock?
Tetris, Kirby: Canvas Curse, Pokemon: D/P, and Final Fantasy IV. I know, I know, it hasn't been released in the states, but imports count, right?
Ouendan 1 & 2, as well. They're awesome.

Oh, yes. Layton's music is absolutely amazing! I think the "music" bonus feature is my favorite part of the game. :D
For some reason, I really liked Touch Detective's music.

The Ace Attorney games have awesome soundtracks, especially Trials and Tribulations. The CADENZA! remix album is awesome too, but I guess that doesn't count :)

Loved Etrian Odyssey and Phoenix Wright. Also liked Feel the Magic, Sonic Rush, New Super Mario Bros. and Dawn of Sorrow. Actually, now that I think about it, Feel the Magic's really deserves more attention.
