DS Daily: Tough choices

The next few months will be filled with a lot a great releases -- perhaps too many. Super Dodgeball Brawlers, Bangai-O Spirits, Final Fantasy Tactics A2, Etrian Odyssey II, Space Invaders Extreme, Arkanoid DS, Rondo of Swords, Jake Hunter: Detective Chronicles, Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness, and The World Ends With You are just a few that we can name on the spot, and all of these will be out before July starts.

Unless you have abundant amounts of currency, though, you probably can't afford to buy that many games in such a short period of time. Also, money isn't the only problem. Supposing that you could afford everything you wanted, you wouldn't even have the time to play them all.

Narrowing down the field is tough, but necessary. What games that are coming out in the next three months do you consider must gets? And they don't have to be chosen from the games listed above, so go nuts.

... anyway, I'll be picking up:

Rondo of Swords (This is a must get, for the Izuna and Shino cameos alone, not to mention it looks pretty f'n sweet)
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness / Time
Drone Tactics
Summon Night: Twin Age
Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard (I had enough of a hard time tracking down the first one, so I'll preorder this one ahead of time)
Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 (Enough said)

I would also like to pick up World Ends With You, but I have a problem with Square thinking they can charge that extra $5 for DS games as compared to everyone else. I mean, most games are $30, then there are a few that are $35... but every new Square game I see is $40. They're the only developers I see that do that. I'll hold off and see if I can find it on sale.

Also, should Atlus localize and release it, I'll be more than willing to snatch up Izuna 2 without hesitation.

I'll live...Dodgeball is a must, and the two $20 budget titles (Arkanoid/Space Invaders) are easy grabs, and I *may* get Bangai-O just because the DC game was just damn fun. The rest I could give no care about at all aside from a passing interest in the S-E actionRPG.

Harvest Moon: Isle of Happiness sounds pretty fun, and FFIV sounds like a winner.

I'd like to take this moment to encourage all of you to go buy Shiren if you haven't already.

Now that I have the pretty pink paddle, I'll be getting Arkanoid and Space Invaders..... and probably importing the Korg DS-10.

That's about it, because the DS isn't getting Okami or de Blob.

If I recall the Japanese Slot-2 Paddle controller will not work with the US Paddle games. That's really a disappointment in my opinion, but I'm sure Arkanoid will still be great.
