What about you all? Are their any DS games that probably won't get the sequel treatment that you wish would?

Kirby Canvas Curse.
It was one of the first games that I played that utilised the touchscreen in a truly unique way. It has a real pretty look and the sound is very Kirby - which is a good thing.
I don't know if the game sold poorly or not, but a sequel to that game would be great.

Amen to that. My brother had Kirby: Canvas Curse and I played it more than he did. It was actually the main reason I begged my parents for a DS the year after my brother got his (Go figure, I was 19 -.-).
It's one of the best games, ever. My brother even gave me his copy because "You'll never find one of your own, and I know your life will be meaningless without it."

New Super Mario Bros 2!
Seriously, where the heck is it? I've been waiting for it to be announced since before NSMB was released! I sure hope it makes it out during the DS's lifetime. We needs more 2D Mario in our lives.

Hotel Dusk-- I loved it to death, but the story resolved itself nicely.
Another Custom Robo would be amazing. That game simply doesn't get enough love.

Rocket Slime. What I wouldn't give to bounce some new enemies to death, alchemize new items, and participate in some new tank battles. (I realize that Rocket Slime was in itself a sequel to a GBA game, but the first was never localized, so it doesn't count for me.)
And this isn't exactly a sequel as it would be a next installment in a series, but Phoenix Wright 4. Not Ace Attorney 4, we obviously have that. Phoenix Wright 4.

Chocobo Tales! I found it very charming and fun and would love to see another game. Maybe Moogle Tales or Tonberry Tales. Man, that would rock.

I agree with the Phoenix Wright and Super Mario World comments.
I would be great to have another Professor Layton (since I just finished it yesterday)

Lost Magic, Kirby: Canvas Curse, and Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales.
Go figure, those are 3 of my top 10 favorite DS games. That's saying A LOT.
To be honest, I didn't expect a Cooking Mama sequel until it was announced, but I'm so glad there was one, happy day! Didn't expect one for Bomberman Land Touch! either, though...so...hey, apparently the gaming gods like me...or maybe just the games I like.

NSMB 2 or World would be crazy fun.
While I enjoy the FF remakes/releases, a DS-only FF would rock. (Would it count as a sequel?)
I wouldn't mind a new Pokemon game. (I know, bite my tongue, right?)
