Tennis Elbow is still early (the weirdly identical screenshots look mocked-up), with no European release date yet. Sanuk promises 250 different opponents in 90 tournaments, in five different kinds of courts. With that many matches to play, your character is liable to suffer ... some kind of stress-related ailment.
What's with the "FAT" signs on the stands?

I've been waiting for a good tennis game on the DS. Sega Superstars Tennis is so unbalanced and boring, hopefully this game will bring better results.

Hello,
I'm the author of the Tennis Elbow games series on PC & Mac, and I did half of the port of TE2006 to Nintendo DS.
1st of all, you're right, the shots aren't real, they are almost 1 year old; here a real one I just took :

2nd, due to technical limitations, we had to lower the number of players in the World Tour from 250 to 150.
And lastly, the game is done and will hopefully go gold soon, and should be released in a few months in Europe.
Regards,
ManuTOO
PS: the "FAT" logo were standing for "Fédération des Acharnés de Tennis" ( = "Furious Tennis Fan Federation" in French), so it was a french pun & has now been removed from the DS version.
