Full sound emulation and (most importantly) multiplayer have yet to be implemented, but according to DCEmu, "Games like WindJammers, Metal Slug and Fatal Fury work either perfect or near perfect." Soon you'll be able to compare Metal Slug 7 to its predecessors on the same screen! If you own them, that is. Don't be a pirate.

Puzzle Bobble 2 is amazing on this, the sound is pretty much perfect on it.
League Bowling plays excellently too, but it becomes very obvious that sound is not perfectly emulated then.

The emulation is fantastic, but buyer beware: there is currently a bug that causes the card to crash HARD and suffer a complete wipeout. There are M3 simply and R4 users that report that their microsd cards are completely unreadable afterwards, and the creator is looking into it. I'm not discouraging using it, but, if you have a homebrew card, please back it up before using this wonderful piece of software (I can finally play my Samurai Showdown games portably!).
