Best DS game I ever played? I'd say it would have to be Mario Kart DS New SMB, or LoZ:PH. EBA is close too. Too harf to choose a best

Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations. The best storyline of the series. Also the best prosecutor. If you didn't cry at end of 3-5, you're not human.

Phoenix Wright is one of the best games out there.
I would give it a nine because what new stuff it brings to the gamers to think out side of the box and the reason I would not give it a ten is because there is always room to improve and make the next game even better.
Like adding full voice to the game plus more replay value.

I would definitely go with Elite Beat Agents. My sister bought it for me for Christmas a couple years ago and I literally spent the rest of the day playing it.
The song selection can be a little strange at times but the gameplay is so tight and it's so so hard! I loved it.
