$4,000 is a big outlay, and not all of these are boxed, but complete collections of anything don't come along every day -- especially complete collections of something as desirable as Game & Watch handhelds.

I had the Zelda Game & Watch, but some older kid stole it from me.

Oh man... I am lusting this so badly! I used to have the vertical Mario Bros. one, Donkey Kong Jr., and my friend had Zelda and Greenhouse. Man, I love the Game & Watch series... Why can't they re-release the Game & Watch collections for the DS?
Speaking of which, I know there's a Club Nintendo only Game & Watch Collection for the DS, which has Greenhouse, the one where you had to drop the barrels of oil down a window and one more. Pretty cool Club Nintendo perk, wouldn't you agree?

The only game I had on my Gameboy Pocket was Game & Watch Gallery volume 1 for the longest time, it'd be nice to see a DS collection, considering the similarity between the two consoles. Also, I just found out the DS TV tuner allows you to play a Game & Watch game while waiting for commercials to end.

Wow, that's an impressive collection. I only have the Mario Bros. Game & Watch where Mario & Luigi load bottles onto delivery trucks. Had it sitting in my basement for probably 20 years and didn't dig it out until last year when I was excited about getting my Crimson DSL. Amazingly, after all these years in my cold, damp basement, it was still in perfect condition and works like a charm. I have it proudly displayed in my DVD cabinet right now.

Honestly I never even heard about these things until now. I don't think I was alive when they were popular, or I was too small. I also started gaming later than some (like 12) so I don't know.
Anyway after some googling, now I wantz one. My wallet hurts.

I had the 2-player Donkey Kong one where you're spraying insecticide to keep the bugs away. It was terrible.

Awh, i thought this headline meant that a complete collection was coming to DS
I mean, they did the four G&W gallery collections on GB,GBC,and GBA, then released a bunch of 'em for that E-Reader, but i'd like all of them put onto one DS cartridge

I remember getting a Donkey Kong Game and Watch for Christmas many, many years ago. I've still got it with the original box and instructions and everything. Seeing this article makes me wonder how much money it's worth now.
