Besides Derby Stallion and Band Brothers, another DS title that made it into the top ten was Higurashi no Naku Koru ni Kazuna, a murder mystery visual novel.

The beauty of it all is that this DS software success managed to propel DS hardware into second place, barely skating past the Wii:
