I hope they show that Sadness is alive, Monster Hunter 3 is progressing smoothly and Head tracking being incoperated into games.

I hope they announce NO new DS this year. I love my little portable and I don't feel like they've reached the limits of what it can achieve. Hell, they're still porting old NES and SNES games to it still. Maybe in a year I'll be ready for a new system, but not before then.

I'd like a Kid Icarus for the Wii. Or really any quality 1st Party Wii title to be announced, I was disappointed that Nintendo's big announcement for last year was Wii Fit. Not that it's not a good title and that the balance board isn't innovative, but something that appeals to the core fans would be nice. And what better than reviving an old series starring a popular Brawl character? All the rumors have me quite hopeful.
