Camera companies could work with Nintendo on developing mobile software and the DS could print MOAR money?

If camera companies worked with Nintendo for a control device like this, then this guy would be sued for violating someone's IP somewhere.
(Of course, I imagine a grim future where companies will start patenting and copywriting every conceivable combination of numbers and letters so that any programming anyone does will be illegal.)
