Super Rare Bros. YM-901-S
This is it -- the rarest of all Game & Watch titles. The Super Mario Bros. YM-901-S model was only ever awarded to winners of a competition held by Nintendo to promote its (Japan-only) NES racer, Famicom Grand Prix: F-1 Race. Consequently, few were made (just 10,000), making this model highly sought after -- expect to pay big for this.
While a debate exists amongst collectors over whether the YM-901-S is a legitimate entry in the Game & Watch series (it is often referred to as "the 60th Game & Watch"), its distinctive casing (modelled after the Famicom mascot, Diskun) has ensured the game has become a Game & Watch icon to many. F-1 Race, meanwhile, was never localized outside Japan.
