We understand the blind labeling of all handheld gaming taking place on Nintendo's GameBoy, it's what our parents and grandparents call all handheld gaming devices to this day. However, when one is trying to enlist the aid of the youth, it's best to understand what they're playing and how the gaming landscape has changed since the early 90's.

I still call my DS a Gameboy when I flash it to non-gamers - I call it a DS when I'm with other gamers.

I understand that you guys have to post any and all Nintendo handheld-related news, but to critique Obama for not specifying the current generation of handheld game systems is more than a little bit of a stretch.

No problem with him calling it a 'Gameboy,' but generalizing youth as lazy, politically uninvolved Gameboy-players is really crass and, quite frankly, offensive. He just lost my vote, thank you very much. *Roots for Hillary for Democratic Presidential Nomination*
