This FFTA2 scan shows off some of the first screens, as well as main characters Adel and Luso.So here it is. Let the FFT vs FFTA wars begin, though we're not sure there's much fodder just yet. No matter which you prefer, we'll say one thing: these Ivalice Alliance games threaten to dominate all of our handheld time.

Hey JC, any idea what they called Battalion Wars in Japan? I hope it still had Famicom in the title, but I guess it did kind of relaunch the series by scrapping the old gameplay.

Why can't they make it like the old FFT on Playstation?? I see they're porting the one to the PSP so why can't they make a damn sequel for it and also bring it to the DS. They made FFTA so childish and simple it just ain't the same. These kinds of games need depth ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH IM SO MAD

FFTA WAS SUPERIOR TO FFT IN EVERY WAY EXEPT THE RANDOM LAWS AND FEW MONSTERS!!!! If the laws would have been fixed for specific battles, it could have forced you to use a certain stratagy, which would be cool, but random laws have no strat and are annoying. But the abilities of the jobs were way better than FFT! Half the jobs on fft were useless (archer. charge+1 charge +2 ...). I loved ffta and im sure there gona fix the couple of mistakes they made this time.
