"Ohhhhhh-a-ohh-a-ohh, mysterious girl, I wanna get close to you."We don't usually kick off the week with a spot of Peter Andre, but the Australian warbler's hit seemed mildly appropriate today, seeing as Ace Attorney spin-off Gyakuten Kenji (Turnabout Prosecutor) has a mysterious girl of its own. The shadowy figure to the right appeared on the most recent cover of Nintendo Dream alongside Miles Edgeworth and Detective Gumshoe, and has immediately set tongues wagging in the Ace Attorney fan community.
Cruelly, the magazine remains tight-lipped about who or what she is, revealing only her age (seventeen), and that she is a "major character." Could she be an assistant to Edgeworth, as Maya was to Phoenix? That seems most likely to us. We'll tell you who

I was under the impression that Gumshoe would be taking the Maya role in this game. Maybe she's a rival prosecutor, or even a defense attorney? No matter how it ends up, I just know I want this game NOW.

Previous art of her shown off at a Capcom event shows her in a more 'protagonist' pose, as is typical with Ace Attorney games. Could be wrong, but she looks to be a goodie. Gumshoe may be Edgeworths tag-along for the first case alone.
Plus, they're reluctant to give away her name, acking to Minuki's (Tracy) name for Gyakuten Saiban 4, which was also held secret until release. If Capcom is going to do the same here, then it would suggest she is, in some way, a 'hero' in the story.
