iPhone users: read us @ i.dsfanboy.com

Considering that the DS browser isn't the most practical choice for surfing the web from a handheld device, we're proud to unveil i.dsfanboy.com. There, you'll find a version of the site formatted specifically for your expensive, yet incredibly sexy, iPhone. It's the first time we've been able to offer the site formatted for a mobile device, so we're very happy to be doing that just now.

iPhones are a large part of mobile page views (check past the break for some pie chart action), so for those of you who enjoy navigating the vast series of tubes that is the internet in that way, have at it! Let us know what you think in the comments below and we'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting us here at DS Fanboy as often as you do.

DS Fanswag: Penguin United 24x Gaming Pouch

Have a lot of games and nowhere to keep them? Six lucky readers are about to have all their problems solved, as we've got six of the awesome Penguin United cases (currently valued at $14.99) that can hold up to twenty-four DS carts. Also, they've got a penguin on 'em. That's unbeatable.

What do you need to do to win? Just leave a comment on this post and let us know how many DS games you have. If you can't fill up the pouch, it won't hurt you (you'll just be shamed), so don't worry! You may enter once per day and the contest will run through Sunday, August 3rd; that night, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern, entries will close, and we'll choose six winners in a random drawing. To enter, you must be 18 or older, and a current legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). Have questions? Check the official rules.

E308: DS Fanboy's E3 Endgame Evaluation

In its second year as a diminished behemoth, E3 still manages to be packed full with news, media, and more. While there wasn't much from Nintendo themselves for the DS this year, third parties are still incredibly strong and we're faced with more games than we can possibly handle. We're also pretty sure we saw almost all of them at E3 this year. Relive the entire experience right from the convenience of this post!

Check out our choices for show highlights right here, or hit the break for the full rundown of our E3 coverage. Of course, we're still adding things, and will be over the next few days; keep up by clicking the E3 graphic in the sidebar.

Post-E3 DS Fanboy/Joystiq reader meetup in photos

First of all, thanks to everyone that managed to make it out to the party! There were a ridiculous amount of attendees, all of whom enjoyed some Call of Duty 4 on the PS3, Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the Wii and copious amounts of Rock Band and Rock Band 2. It was a blast and, unsurprisingly, the massive piles of swag went fairly quick. It was a wonderful experience and it was a pleasure meeting all of you. Hopefully, we can do this again next year!

For those of you who couldn't make it out there, check out the gallery below. Within, you'll even find a picture of our very own Mike Sylvester (of Revolutionary fame!). He's a local, so thanks to him, but mostly to all of you, for making it out!

Reminder: Get your party on with us tonight!

Hey, did you know that today is the last day of E3? That means we're going to be cutting loose this evening and having a good time. Won't you join us? You should join us. There'll be tons of free swag up for grabs! If that isn't reason enough for you to get over here, then we're concerned for you and your sense of value. Check out the deets below.

When: 6-10:00PM pacific on Thursday, July 17th
Where: Mahalo HQ, 902 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90401 (map it!)
Who: Every man, women and child of every age. Yes, even YOU can attend!
Why: Because it's "good times".

E308: DS Fanboy on day three

We're back and forth on this E3. We keep waiting for some big announcement for the DS, some bone that might get thrown ... but when we look at some of the things that have been announced, or are being played, we can't say anything but "wow." Yeah, we said it. We said wow. So what the hell is wrong?

Well, we've figured it out. It's simple -- we're just too used to great DS games. We look at all these announcements and just shrug. Yep, Retro Game Challenge and Rhythm Heaven. Uh huh. Chrono Trigger and Castlevania screens. Yep. The problem is that our DS cup runneth over and doth flood ye olde table. We're jaded. Maybe we need to go spend five minutes with shovelware and get our priorities straight.

E308: DS Fanboy reacts to the Nintendo keynote

Though you got our live reactions as the Nintendo conference was actually happening, now that we've had a few moments to jump around, fume, and generally compose our thoughts, we present you with the formal reactions of the DS Fanboy staff to today's Nintendo briefing from E3.

Alisha Karabinus: I'm having a really hard time seeing past Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. That could be just beyond awesome... and, of course, it could be crap. I guess we'll find out. It's surprisingly missing from the media round-ups I've seen so far. I think I'm surprised by the lack of a redesign, even though I have been against the possibility of it for so long. By now, I just assumed it was going to happen. Of course, it still could!

I'm excited about the Cooking Guide, even though I just got a copy from the UK (thanks, Chris!), and I don't think it's as good as it could be. Still, it's interesting and novel ... but speaking of novel, I'd have rather seen DS Novel. All I can really say about Guitar Hero is that I'm not surprised at all that we'd see another version already.

You'll get our reactions as Nintendo unveils their big hits at this year's E3, including impressions from JC and Dave as they get closer looks at everything as it happens. Reload often and share your own impressions in the comments!

Hit the break for the chat log, and don't forget to bring your bingo card!

E308: DS Fanboy on day one

Technically, E3 is supposed to fit neatly into the space of a few days, but even the revamped show and everything relating to it has spilled over and taken control of the entire week. Missed anything? Here's a quick rundown of what we talked about today from the show.
