These three games comprise an informal "Zenithia" trilogy, linked by the appearance of the same aerial castle in all three games. The blurry screens visible in the scans indicate that the remakes are based on the engine from the Playstation remake of Dragon Quest IV, which used 2D sprites on 3D backgrounds. We hope that all of them come out in the US, since V and VI would be new to us, and it would be awfully nice to have a new version of IV with a better translation and actual availability. Full-size scans after the break!

You don't think they'd put a DQ character in Smash to advertise this just like Marth for Fire Emblem do you?

Now we just need English versions and I am the happiest thing ever. More turn based, non Strategy RPGs! Sure, I love SRPGs, but there has been a serious lack of turn based RPGs lately. On top of that, I've always wanted to play DQ games.

Finally nice to see some DQ love, instead of the 80-bazillionth FF remake.

Final Fantasy fans really need to shut the hell up. Dragon Quest fans in the States don't have it nearly as good as you FF fans do. From the last SE announcement America is getting two DQ games while FF fans get about 5. Enix and Square Enix didn't give us Dragon Quest 5 when it came out for the SNES and then SKIPPED IT AGAIN during the PS2 remake. They owe us DQ5. Also they ANNOUNCED DQ4 for the PS1 so they definitely owe us this one two. And 6 never made it out in the States.
