Well, at the moment I'd have to say Civilisation Revolution and Bangai - the level editor seems really cool. There's also Tetris. And if we were to include GBA games, then I'd add Warioware Twisted.

Probably say Meteos, Brain Age, Jump Ultimate Stars, and Mario Cart.
Those were some of the first DS games I purchased and I can still whip 'em out nowadays and play either against other people, or just by myself.

While I haven't restarted Pokemon Diamond and played through it a second time, I have over 300 hours logged on the cart and going strong! I think that is an incredible value.
Also I replay PW all the time. I think it's nice how after you beat it you can go back to any particular case you want, like a favorite book.

The game I've played the most on DS is Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime. For some reason I just can never get enough of either the single player or multiplayer. Those tank battles are just ridiculously addicting.

Sonic Rush. Most places sell it new for like $20 tops. And it is an amazing value for that. My cousin and I have both played that game to death, memorizing nearly every nook and cranny, twist and turn, enemy and ramp in the game. All for that coveted S rating. I don't even know how many hours I've put in the game, but it is way beyond that of any other game to touch my DS.
Although, before long, Disgaea DS will pass it. I am determined to finish that game. And I mean finish. Which is going to take some serious time.

Puzzle Quest! If it had an online component it would get two exclaimation points. I played that thing for endless hours, and then when I beat it, I could try it again with a new character class and new spell combos.

Wordjong. I literally have not removed the game from my DS after buying it a month ago. The only other title that even comes close to that is Yu-Gi-Oh: WCE 2008.

I find Rune Factory and Elite Beat Agents to have good replay value.
I still randomly replay the GBA Fire Emblem games. Once the DS game comes out, it will not be leaving my system for a long time.

Picross. I've finished all the puzzles, but there are always news ones on wifi. I pull out professor layton every week. And of course, there's Ouendan. :)
I'm not a replay-er; there just isn't enough time. I wish there were decent point and click adventures on the DS that have more than 3 hours in them, then I'd probably start replaying.

I find that most DS game (all games) are filled with almost TOO MUCH content. Seeing as though most of it is random filler and not full at all, I really wish the creators could maybe hold back a little. Make games that are condensed, fun, and have enough replay value alone on the fact that they are good games, and I'll buy.
Though, as far as having way too much stuff, Advance Wars: Dual Strike was too much for me to handle.
What games are "just right"? Super Princess Peach, Contact, Trace Memory, Meteos, any Kirby game, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time (though not the best game, but what I'm looking for in terms of length) and maybe Etrian Odyssey to a degree, but most of that game was unfun grinding (even though it's fantastic...) Zelda: Phantom Hourglass minus the ship part collecting.
