The only Zelda carts I own are "Twilight Princess" and the original "Legend of Zelda."
I actually pre-order "Twilight Princess" before I even got my Wii. So for like a good week it was just sitting on my coffee table taunting me.
"Legend" (gold cart, of course) still has my name inscribed on the front. Every kid my age owned a copy, and we were frequently at one another's house; so my mom got paranoid and etched my name with permanent marker to distinguish it from the plethora of golden-plastic video games out there.
I never owned the other games in the series because there was always someone to borrow those games from.

Well, a lot ;-)
Zelda (NES); Adventure of Link (NES); A Link to the Past (SNES and GBA); Link's Awakening (GB and DX-Version for GBC); Ocarina of Time (N64); Majora's Mask (N64); Oracle of Seasons + Oracle of Ages (GBC); Wind Waker (Cube); Minish Cap (GBA); Twilight Princess (Cube); Zelda Collector's Edition (Cube)
I'll buy Phantom Hourglass as soon as it is released in Europe.
So I own all Zelda Games except for the CD-i stuff and that multiplayer nonsense for the Cube ;-) And the only game I didn't finish (yet) is Zelda II.

But yeah, haven't played much of the Oracle been meaning to track them down and try them, but haven't got around to it yet, Haven't touched the CD-i games, of course. And despite owning it, never even started to play Majora's Mask, Planning on doing that when I get around to finishing Windwaker... lost the Disc, just bought it again a few months back, but haven't had time to go back and finish it, going to have to do that before picking up Phantom Hourglass

The only Zelda game I do not own in some form (I'm counting Gamecube discs, but not VC purchases here) is Link's Awakening.
I own every other Zelda game, including the re-release of Link to the Past on GBA.
I am THAT awesome.

The Legend of Zelda (NES, gold cart)
A Link to the Past (SNES)
Link's Awakening DX (GBC)
Ocarina of Time (N64, gold cart)
Majora's Mask (N64, gold cart)
The Wind Waker (GameCube)
Ocarina of Time/Master Quest (GameCube)
Four Swords Adventures (GameCube)
Twilight Princess (Wii)
A Link to the Past (Virtual Console)
I had Zelda II back in the day before I sold my original NES. I got another NES later and rebought Zelda but not Zelda II. I also had the original Link's Awakening that I gave to my cousin along with my Game Boy pocket once I got my Game Boy Color. I bought the DX version at that point.
I've played Oracle of Ages and Seasons and Minish Cap on emulators (yeah I know, I'm going to buy the carts someday). I also plan on getting all the ones on VC I can because I like the convienence of it as well as the savestates and playing with the Wii-mote and Classic Controller.
As you can imagine, I'm quite hyped for Phantom Hourglass - even more so since I was able to try it at GameStop this weekend on a demo unit.
I love all video games but the Zelda series is the pinnacle for me.

I'm younger than most of you, so I don't own some of the earlier ones, and, in my foolishness, some of the ones I did own I sold off in my youth. So, as it now stands:
Adventure of Link (NES)
A Link to the Past (SNES)
Ocarina of Time (N64)
Majora's Mask (lenticular cover) (N64)
Ocarina of Time + Master Quest (Gamecube)
Wind Waker (Gamecube)
Twilight Princess (Gamecube)
Minish Cap (GBA)
I've owned the original Legend of Zelda, the LTTP port to GBA, and Oracle of Ages, but I was a kid and got rid of them--didn't even have an NES to play the first one on.
And Link makes appearances in Super Smash Bros. Melee, Soul Calibur II, and if you want to get really technical, Tetris DS.
Phantom Hourglass will not be added to that list for some time. I'm not throwing down $35 on a control scheme that I can't bring myself to completely trust.

I only Physically own a few at the moment, I recently had to sell all my N64 stuff for a few bucks, including my Gold Ocarina and Hologram Majora's Mask.
Anyway, here's all that's left:
The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: Link's Adventure, Link to the Past, Link's Awakening DX, Wind Waker, Minish Cap & Twilight Princess Wii. However, tomorrow, I can add Phantom Hourglass to that collection.
