3. Being a southpaw, I'm not sure how effective stylus-exclusive control will be. I mean, I won't even be able to see the enemies that well, or even Link. :O

5. hey don't worry about being a "Southpaw" I can guarantee the stylus will be an optional thing, you will give it ago for about 1 minute and then return to the old up, down, left, right....

7. For being a southpaw, I expect a similar control scheme as used in Lost Magic. You will probably be able to use the abxy-buttons in the same way as you would use the directional pad (or whatever it is called).
It worked in lost magic, It'll work in zelda too :)
