How do you like your Chocobo: hanging with Cid, or, uh, hanging with Cid? While we're clearly gonna need to choose hanging with Cid, we'll offer a caveat -- everything Chocobo has to be super cute. With that in mind, while we know you're probably more interested in Chocobo's Dungeon DS+, that trailer is tucked away behind the break, because the above video, for the Chocobo Tales sequel, is just adorable.

The "Tales of Chocobo" sequel comes off as Nightmare-Before-Christmas type comical dementia, and the place gives me the feeling of a cross between Vana'diel and the Destiny Islands (two things which I've had recently play with, so *shrugs*). Wait, did the narrator say "shojou"? I hope I heard that wrong, since labelling it as sch... then again, Japanese d00dz are prolly more publicly convicted in their love(s) of frillies than 'meric'ns are (on the whole).

Haven't watched the other trailer yet, and will prolly pass for the immediate time being.

@ TJF588: the "shoujo" you heard was part of the title, which is called: Chocobo Tales: The maiden/girl ("shoujo"), the witch, and the five heroes.

Why choose one, when you can have both? Because, really both look nice, and I'm excited for both, especially since I don't own the Wii version of Chocobo Dungeon ^^
