You know, as much as I loved Chrono Trigger, between the Virtual Console releases of Super Mario RPG and Secret of Mana I was able to purchase more than enough ES-EN-EE-ES-ARR-PEE-GEE Glory to last me quite a while. All for a fraction of CTDS' price.

Game trailers are always pretty bad anyway.
And I think the target market for this game are the nerds who've already played it anyway. I'm hoping that it sells really, really well though so that they just go ahead and release the whole Square SNES back catalogue on the DS in the future.

I don't own a Wii, so a VC release would actually cost me 300$ plus 8$.
40$ is a bit better than 308$.

thats because all DEVS wanna do is release new titles on other consoles and do REMAKES for the NDS. they think that one or two new games make up for ALL the remakes they've made for the said console.

i agree with johnathon as much i loved chronon it would it better if they could Secret of Mana and Mario RPG..but mainly Secret of Mana that was a superb game it would still be great to get a game that loved and its portable ...remember make Secret of Mana..thx
