Turns out Q Entertainment has plans to take the near-perfect gameplay of one of DS Fanboy's best DS games, Meteos, and bring it online. The only problem is that this new and improved formula of Meteos is currently set to grace the PC and not the DS.
This is when the person listening to all of this would ask why this is being posted to DS Fanboy, a one-stop-shop for all the DS news big or small and the only reliable place on the inter tubes for such factual information as well as objective, intellectual views on said information. We'd then call this person Timmy and ask that they kindly shut their mouth, unless they wanted us to shut it for them. Permanently.
No, we bring this up because we know you're as passionate about the puzzling action of Meteos as we are and would love to see the game be available for play over Wi-Fi. That's why we call on you, fanboys and fangirls, asking that you make this desire known to one and all by sending electronic mails to the game's support address of support-meteosonline [at] qentertainment [dot] com. Together we can make it happen.

Oh my God. They need to make this for DS too.
If they don't though, I'll still get the PC version, it'd just be awesome to have it on a handheld.

THOSE EVIL TEASES!!! (Also, DSFanboy's a tease too... I almost wet my pants with excitement at the headline)
I would gladly buy an online Meteos even if it's just the same game just with Wi-Fi tacked on the the DS. Grrrr, are there still plans for Disney Meteos?

I don't own Meteos, but I downloaded the demo from one of the awesome download stations and I absolutely loved it. I didn't turn my DS off for three days because I didn't want to lose the precious demo.
If They bring Meteos to the DS with online multiplayer; I will have to buy this game. They must make it for DS!
With all due respect,
Fox

Ah, but we are already getting DISNEY Meteos, so why would we EVER want more.
Anyone else feel screwed? Hell, even the PSP is getting Lumines 2

Wi-Fi Meteos on the DS would be so cool.
In my opinion it's one of the DS's finest games (and that's saying something)with awesome gameplay, not to mention beautiful style. It deserves to become as big as Tetris.

Dead Prophet: have you seen the song list for Lumines 2? I wouldn't lament the loss of that one.

"near-perfect gameplay" ?
that's truen until you discover the absolute technique to win : just go from left to right and backward while tracing vertical lines, you don't even have to watch the screen.
try it yourself.
So that's not what I call a near perfect gameplay, it reminds me fight games where a total noob can win over a well experienced and trained guy.
it is frustrating and not fun when doing anything is a better technique to win.
disapointing, except that the game is nice but a gameplay issue for a game like this ruins it all IMHO.

I would like to see some of your scores that you have gotten using "the absolute technique to win", of randomly sliding around meteos? Sorry, don't buy that for a second.
