With the latest installment Super Robot Taisen W in the long-running strategy series, the 5 lions that comprise Voltron will be making an appearance in the latest game to feature the Taisen name. Other Japanese cartoon series that will be featured in the game are Nadesico, Majinkaizer and Gundam.The game is currently slated for a March 1st release in Japan, with no announcements of release to other regions at the time of this report.

There are two Gundam series in the game; Wing and SEED. No Amuro Ray for you.

The bad news: as with the other Super Robot Taisen games that are full of licensed characters from many different companies, a US release is extremely unlikely.

Anyone who played the series know how much Japanese reading comprehension is required? I'd love this, but it doesn't sould like Jump Super/Ultimate Stars, where you can muddle through the game without understanding a word of it.
