We all know that you can teach phrases and words to those in your town in Animal Crossing: Wild World. So, this latest news of an 11-year-old girl named Khloe Leslie seeing the F bomb in her game is of no surprise to us. Of course, for her residents to learn such a word, they'd need to be taught it. The story never says whether this was a used copy of the game or not, so we're really forced to speculate on how the naughty word got into the game. Her mother, Leeanne, has since banned her from playing the game. What kind of phrases have you taught your residents in Animal Crossing: Wild World? And let's keep it clean, folks!
[Thanks, Gordon!]

There's actually a system in place to prevent this. The game contains a list of words that you can't teach your residents; but it can be circumvented using a hacked rom or an action replay. Don't Animal Crossing residents travel from one person's game to another randomly if you go on WiFi?

Its all an act, either she did it herself or her mom planed the whole thing just to get their faces on the news. Who knows, it could be a PSP PR move to bash the DS.

As PickleHead pointed out, the game has a built in naughty-word list that stops you using any well known bad words.
The accented characters let you spell things like "bitch" with 1 pixel (the dot on top of the "i") difference, but seriously, woop-dee-fucking-doo.
The gaming mag I subscribe to mentioned their animals greet them with a cheerful "rape me!"
