The DS Life is a weekly feature in which we scour the known world for narrative images of Nintendo's handheld and handheld gamers. If you have a photo and a story to match it with, send both to
thedslife at gmail dot com.
Sean Foreman mixes his advanced technical abilities as a photographer with post-processing effects to create images that almost seem magical in their composition. Check past the post break for a sample of his creative work and this week's edition of The DS Life.

Sean lavished his daughter with a Nintendo DS Lite and a copy of
Animal Crossing: Wild World for her last birthday. As you can tell by her fixed gaze and the layered scene assimilating her small frame, she's quite captivated with the going-ons of her virtual world. When was the last time you found yourself that absorbed by a video game?

SMB1. For three straight days I only played that game on my Wii until I finally beat it for the first time. And then tried beating it several more times. I so wish I could perform the 1-up trick though since I'm still not good enough to face 8-4 without Fire Mario.
