I'm guessing they don't include a full ecosystem, with bugs and scavengers and soil bacteria and fungi and all? Because rotting vegetation and animal remains aren't exactly cute and pettable.

This sounds like Viva Pinata, but with real animals instead, which is EXACTLY what I've been craving ever since VP was released. Gonna have to keep a close eye on this one.
