Somehow, it seems like something's missing. When we woke up this morning, fresh and rested, ready to face the week, almost immediately, a feeling of emptiness descended. What could it be? Wait ... is it the absolute lack of any DS releases in the United States? Oh, the pain ....To see what's out in the rest of the world, slog on past the break.
[Update: Take heart! According to our commenters, who pay more attention to their preorders than to press releases (as they should), we do have Bomberman Land Touch! 2 to look forward to. Thanks, guys!]

Legions of gamers have been waiting for this week, which brings the release of the latest Advance Wars. Even with the
Wherever you are this week, there's not a lot to choose from. That isn't to say there aren't a few worthwhile titles hitting the shelves, but the key words here are "a few." As in "not many." Excellent -- the rest of us actually have a few games hitting shelves this week, and Japan doesn't have quite the flood they've enjoyed lately, so things are reaching equilibrium. Now let's hope for an upcoming deluge of goodness for everyone. Starting next week, there are some interesting titles heading out into the world ... so let's see what we have to tide us over.
Not that you care, because you're probably lying face down in bed with an ice pack on your neck, but later this week, you might be able to rouse a little when you realize there are actual games coming to actual store shelves. Say it ain't so!
