But hey, even if you don't care about growing whatever or tending whatever or fighting whatever, Natsume will give you this plush squirrel if you preorder their game from Amazon. They keep trying to use cute plushes to sell us games ... and it continues to have a shockingly powerful effect on our resolve. Marvelous is at least as talented at designing adorable, plush-ready mascot characters as they are at designing repetitive, addictive games.

Oh man! I love pre-order gifts; I'm bitin'. Hopefully they still have this going on in about a week, when I get a big ol' check :)

Just preorder now, it's not like you'd get billed before it ships.

Kind of makes me wish I didn't just buy the first Rune Factory. The bunny creeps me out a little, but I take preorder bonuses whenever I can get them. I appreciate that companies are starting to use Amazon to distribute bonuses, because I actually don't have a Gamestop nearby, and missed out on things like the Phoenix Wright plushie and the Castlevania anniversary pack for that reason.

I wish this wasn't an Amazon exclusive, I don't shop online. If they extended it to EB games/ Gamestop that would be really nice.

I like preorder stuff, but I hate EB and Gamestop, because you can only get the preorder bonus if the clerk likes you.
I got some cool Sonic Chronicles styluses (....styli? The pen things.) as a preorder bonus, but only because the clerk working that day knew me. I had, up until then, never received a preorder bonus because "we never get any in anyway". Bah.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I preordered CT at EB, and I better be getting my two CDs!! lol.
but that is really horrible. The guys at the EB at my house know me, but I don't know if they like me...ehehehe.

No fair, japan got actual turnip seeds. (Or was that the Wii version?) Well at any rate, I'd rather garden some turnips that get this... freakish Thumper lookalike...

Hahah I admit I think the squirrel-fox hybrid plush doll is the gimmick that convinced me to pre-order. I've never even played the first Rune Factory, but hopefully the 2nd has improved. Well not only that...I think I it's good deal especially since Amazon priced the game under $29 and offer free (but slower) shipping. The dang game was supposed to come out Oct 21, but Amazon notified me it might be released in December at the latest.
