5. Is it just me, or did she say they were cooking a hot dog, but really they cooked a hamburger? Do the Japanese have hotdogs and hamburgers, uh, confused?

Well... at least there's no cleaning up afterwards.
Really this is the third in what looks like a new genre of professional simulation (of somewhat mundane jobs) games which may seem like a daft idea but in my opinion has spurned the most interesting games on the DS: Trauma Center & Phoenix Wright. I only hope that this is as fun and entertaining as those two releases. I think there need to be a whole lot more games like this. One for one for Journalism (a perfect way to get my Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas RPG idea out there), Teaching (perhaps a GTO game done like Phoenix Wright, I love that show), Investment Banking, Bartending, Wedding Planner(chicks would love that one), Hairdressing, and Advertising Creative.
By the way, I think Uwe Boll is already working on a big screen adaptation of this game. I think Rosie O'Donnel is going to play mama.

8. Man! This looks like so much fun! And I read somewhere that the recipes are real and the game is actually designed to teach people how to cook, too.
Every college student should get a (localized) copy. :)

The sad truth of it, though, is what are the chances this will be brought to the West? If this is brought over, it's going to be like a year after its seeing success in Japan.
