Popular importing website Lik-Sang recently got their hands on a prototype of SyberSoft's GBA and DS TV adapters. These devices latch onto each respective system's screen and are able to display the image by relaying the picture off a lens and series of mirrors, transporting the visual data through AV cables to the TV set.
You may have noticed this same type of product for the PSP, but for those of you wishing you had one for your DS, this is a worthwhile read as the guys over at Lik-Sang really put the product through the gauntlet and give you a good idea of the pros and cons of the hardware.

....Reminds me of a metroid. It doesn't suck power from the DS, does it? Does it?

It just makes the dim, murky horror that is the original DS screen(s) bigger. Will it fit a Lite?
Screen video capture thingies just don't really seem... Right. But Nintendo and Sony don't want you playing your portable on your TV, because that might cut into console sales, right? Bah.

What good is that thing? It looks like it only works for the top screen.

I don't like how it kinda shades along the corners. Kinda gives it a generic look.

It's shaded because it's only done with a camera and mirrors, rather than a direct screen jack (ala Team Xtender's PSP2TV).
This looks even worse than the PSP model. Not only does it not capture the bottom screen but I'd imagine stylus use would be slightly restricted by it (I have big hands, so I'd be bound to hit it).
I certainly wouldn't buy this. A warranty-voiding screen jack-in, sure, but a webcam with some aluminium, no.
