And Scurge Hive didnt hit retail, as promised 2 weeks ago, and last week.
I actually went to gamestop several times to check if it was available.
It seems the game is finalized but they have problems with their publisher, and will push back the title to october or so. Too bad, because in October, I wont care about the DS or its games. Its all Wii baby.

Yep, the game of release schedules is not scientific. Scurge continues as a no show after appearing on several release lists that we have received. And sometimes things jump on and off the scedule at the last second.

I'm really confused about Point Blank. EB Games and Game Stop both say that it came out last week, but none of the stores are carrying the game. Also, every place else that I called says it is coming out this week, but, again, none of them will have any in stock. Last, I check Amazon and they say it comes out on July 13. Does anyone know the real date this game comes out?

Brenden - If you mean a Nintendo-published title, you don't have long to wait. However, every indication is that this one will be better. What made me wait for this one was the unlimited puzzles. There also look to be quite a few game variants in this that won't make Sudoku Gridmaster.
As for Break 'Em All - I nearly imported it when it was Simple DS Series vol. 4. Only learning about the US release stopped me.
