Southern-fried Konductra video

We have nothing but admiration for people who do voice work, really. It's a tough job when your pipes have so much to juggle: emotion, clarity, excitement ... that's a lot for the old voicebox. But that doesn't mean we're above cracking jokes about people who sound funny. Yeah, we know. 3rd level of hell, door on the right.

This video explains everything you needed to know about Konductra, the new puzzle game, because apparently the menus aren't enough to handle the burden. But the woman voicing the video sounds so completely unenthused, and her accent twangs and jerks until we were paying way more attention to her than to the explanation. So what do we do in such a situation? Why, we share it with you guys! Check it out after the jump.

1. I just played this game for like a half hour and it sucks so incredibly much. It just doesn't make any sense. Yeah you clear blocks in a certain method. Okay, cool deal tetris mod, what else? Nothing. It wasn't even keeping score. Seems like a half-baked game that could have been cool if they kept at it but instead rushed to market production before their bosses could play it and shoot them down.

3. I beg to differ. Playing this game for a half an hour is definitely not even enough time to explore one mode or even two modes. Konductra has a little bit of a learning curve and therefore a verbal tutorial was embedded. Did you even try to play WiFi? This game shines when it comes to WiFi play. btw...Tetris has a very, very different mechanic to the gameplay. There will be a review coming out in EGM by professionals soon, which will expand on what I am referring to.

4. I don't even know what I just saw. Why on earth did it look like some Corporate Business America, Inc.(tm) training video?
