GameStop holding Pokemon tournament this Saturday

Reader capnwang wrote in to tell us of a Pokemon tournament going on at select GameStop stores. Taking place this Saturday, July 21st, the tournament demands you bring your DS and team of Pokemon in-store for the chance to win a copy of Pokemon Battle Revolution. In calling our local GameStop, they aren't having a tournament there, but acknowledged that other stores are doing it.

Plan on running down there this weekend to rock your Pokemon?

My brother to whom I mailed Pearl is farther than I am in Diamond. I just picked Charmander and he's beaten the first gym. Darn you SPM I will finish you. Usually I like the second in the generation and my brother the first simply because it's the less selling version and therefore more people might be willing to trade for it.

@[.sm0ke.]: If it's a "Magikarp used ROAR OF TIME!" style hack, it's going to get bounced. If it's a legitimate Pokemon, then it doesn't get bounced.

I'd go, but I live in Canada and would be DQed for having Pokemon 491-493 in my Pokedex.

Theres a tournament going on this saturday at the gamestop thats just a block away from my house. Im gonna kick ass with ???, ???, and ???. ??? is gonna get me first prize.
