Nintendo really wants to know how you feel about The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Or, rather, if this survey is anything like the Brain Age 2 survey, they want to know if there are any non-gamers in the house to whom you can evangelize the game. In any case, they're willing to pay handsomely in single pieces of plastic for the information.Registering your game and filling out the survey will make you eligible for this cute "Feather Pen Stylus." Really, it's a free thing requiring minimal effort, so why not? You can choose whether or not to poke at your DS with it.

While Japan gets entire FREE DS GAMES for registering their stuff... I'd even be happy if they just offered posters or plush things or something.
But oh well... my stupid little feather stylus is on the way. :P

I filled that survey out too. The stylus is cute for sure, and I'm glad to have it, but now I know Japan gets free games for surveys and somehow I feel.. jipped. But of course Nintendo will cater to Japan.

now why didn't I register with nintendo years ago when they were sending those zelda gamecube collections? I had to sign up when they were giving a feather quill stylus?

Is it just me or does the perspective on that picture make the hand look huge or the DSL look tiny?
Also, what good is a stylus that doesn't fit in the DS?

I was one of the twits who got the 7-Rainbow-Stylus sets for taking the Brain Age 2 survey, and personally, I wasn't disappointed. The feather stylus, in my opinion, is a cute way to make you feel like you are more a part of the game while you chart Link's adventures.
As for why Japan gets full games and we get almost *nothing* (okay, a 3 month subscript to NP, a couple of styli, and some wallpapers)....Nintendo JP values their customers and realized a long time ago that their customers are what makes them great. NOA knows this, and frankly, doesn't give a damn because they know we'll keep buying our games no matter what, and they're all about the profits.
Fact: NOA sucks.

well theres no sense in complaining about free stuff or about the fact that those Xenophobic technocrats on the other side of the pond that we pretend to be friends with (Japan)get FREE GAMES. Honestly i've never heard about Japan getting free games until now, anybody wanna fill me in on this new development?
Well my quill-y thing's on the way but if the picture is any indication then i feel like this stylus is gonna either snap in half or get lost very fast, whichever comes first, if any of yall have already received one then id really like to hear comments about it.
